The Elegant Occasions’ exclusive Design Table is a hands-on design center where you have involvement in the design process of your own event decorations. Simply put... you are invited to come and play with our supplies until your decorations look the way you envisioned them to look.
We have an outfitted sample banquet table plus glassware, mirrors, fillers, flowers, etc, so each centerpiece or decoration that you can imagine can be assembled in our store without having to buy the items you use. If your vision contains pieces we don't have on hand, let us know and we'll do our best to get the item(s) in for you.
At the end of your visit, we'll simply ask that the supplies be returned to the supply center before you leave and any consumable supplies that were used be paid for (you'll know up front which ones they are).
After you've arrived at the "perfect" design, you'll have a number of options:
- You will be able to purchase materials from Elegant Occasions for your custom design(s) and take them home with you.
- You will be able to purchase materials from Elegant Occasions for your custom design(s) and contract Elegant Occasions to create them for you.
- You will be able to have Elegant Occasions create a number of duplicates of your design(s) for you and then rent them from Elegant Occasions for your wedding.
If you decide that Elegant Occasions has/does what you need, you can make special arrangements with us to deliver and/or setup your decorations before your event and/or take-down the decorations after your event. (additional charges apply for these services)
If you're not inclined to use the design table, you can give us your theme and thoughts and we'll get back with you with a number of custom created decorations that we feel will fit your needs (with no obligation of course).
From time-to-time you may be able to purchase or rent 'ready-made' decorations from pre-made stock that, when available, will provide flexibility for your short lead-time events.
